We collect only the personal data we need to run our signals, mentoring and website. We use it for the purposes below, keep it safe and do not sell it. You can ask to see it, correct it or withdraw your consent at any time. This policy follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Who we are and who to contact
JuicyForex, a Singapore business, is responsible for your personal data. Our Data Protection Officer is Amir Wahab. To reach the officer, use the contact page or email [email protected] with “Data protection” in the subject.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email and, if you give them, your phone number or Telegram username.
- Payment records: the amount, date, method and reference. Payments are handled by payment providers. We do not store your card number.
- HFM account details: if you join Premium, we may ask for your HFM account number to confirm you opened it through our link and funded it. HFM may confirm this to us.
- Your messages: what you send us, including through the contact form.
- Website data: technical data such as your IP address and device, collected by our hosting and security providers.
Why we use it
- To provide your mentoring, signals and investor access.
- To confirm payments, eligibility and refunds.
- To reply to you and send service messages, such as session times.
- To keep our site secure and stop abuse.
- To keep records and meet legal obligations.
- To send marketing, only if you have agreed.
Your consent
By ticking the agreement at payment, using our contact form or giving us your details, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your data for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us. We will tell you what is likely to happen if you do, for example that we may not be able to continue your mentoring, and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or for legal and business reasons. Payment and accounting records are kept for up to five years after our relationship ends, unless the law requires longer. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security measures and limit who can see your data. No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, or affects 500 or more people, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the people affected, as the PDPA requires.
Your rights
- Access: ask what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it.
- Correction: ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Withdrawal: withdraw your consent, as described above.
We reply within 30 days, or tell you when we will. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request and will tell you the amount first.
Marketing and the Do Not Call Registry
We send marketing messages only with your consent. Before we send marketing messages to a Singapore telephone number, we check the Do Not Call Registry, unless you have given us clear consent. Every marketing message has a way to opt out.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technology for security and delivery (Cloudflare) and to protect the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile). It loads fonts from Google Fonts. If we start to use advertising or analytics tools, such as Google Ads, we will update this policy and ask for consent where it is needed.
Age
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes and complaints
We may update this policy, and the date of the latest version is below. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first. You may also contact the PDPC.
