You can ask for a refund within 7 days of the day you register for mentoring, with no reason needed. It is a full refund if you have not attended your first lesson, and 50% once you have. After 7 days, or once you attend a second lesson, we cannot refund your payment. You agree to this when you tick the agreement at payment.
Your 7-day refund
| Your situation | Refund |
|---|---|
| Within 7 days, before your first lesson | 100% |
| Within 7 days, after your first lesson but before your second | 50% |
| After 7 days, or after your second lesson | None |
- The 7 days start on the day you register and pay for group or one-to-one mentoring.
- Ask us within those 7 days. Your request counts from the day you send it. You do not need to give a reason.
- The moment you attend your first lesson, the full refund ends. You can still ask for 50%.
- A percentage refund is calculated on the price you paid.
Why we do not refund after that
Mentoring is a service we deliver to you personally. When you register, we reserve your place, prepare your lessons and teach you the material. In a group of five, a seat cannot be refilled once the programme has begun. You also receive the knowledge we teach as soon as you attend a lesson, and we cannot take that back. That is why the full refund ends at the first lesson, and why nothing is refunded after the second.
Learning to trade takes effort, and people progress at different speeds. Finding the programme hard, not having enough time, or changing your mind are not reasons for a refund once the periods above have ended. We give you 7 days so you can decide with a clear head, and the agreement you tick at payment sets out the same rules.
What we do not refund
- A request made after the 7 days.
- A request made after you have attended a second lesson, even within the 7 days.
- More than 50% once you have attended your first lesson.
- Finding the material hard, not having enough time, or changing your mind, once the periods above have ended.
- Trading losses, or results that differ from what you hoped. We never promise profit.
- Access we end because you broke the terms, for example by sharing your investor password.
What we will always do
We will refund you, in full or in proportion to what you did not receive, if we cancel your programme or do not deliver it. We will also put right any wrong or duplicate charge. This policy does not take away any right you have under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, where it applies.
How to ask for a refund
- Use the contact page and choose “Signals or mentoring”, or email [email protected], within the 7 days.
- Give your name, the email you registered with and your payment reference.
- We reply within two working days and confirm whether your request is within the policy.
How we pay you back
We refund to the payment method you used. We start the transfer within 48 hours of approving your request. After that, when the money shows in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, PayNow provider or wallet.
- Credit card: back to the same card.
- PayNow: back to the account you paid from.
- Crypto: back to the wallet address you paid from.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before you ask your bank or card provider to reverse a payment. If a chargeback is made for a payment that is outside this policy, we will give the provider a copy of the agreement you accepted and our records of your payment and attendance.
What you agree to when you pay
Before you pay, you will be asked to read and tick this agreement. Your tick is your electronic signature.
“I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. I understand that I can ask for a full refund within 7 days of registering if I have not attended my first lesson, or a 50% refund within 7 days if I have attended only my first lesson. After 7 days, or once I have attended a second lesson, no refund is given. My tick is my electronic signature.”
